- Wear clothing that you will be comfortable exercising in.
 - Bring a jacket or layer so that if you get hot once you are warmed up, you can remain comfortable.
 - Wear shoes that are meant for running/walking.
 - Lots of water.
 - Your child(ren) and stroller.
 - Snacks and something to keep your little one busy/occupied in the stroller.
 - A blanket, towel or yoga mat for on the ground abs/stretching.
