What do I need to bring to class?

  • Wear clothing that you will be comfortable exercising in.
  • Bring a jacket or layer so that if you get hot once you are warmed up, you can remain comfortable. 
  • Wear shoes that are meant for running/walking.
  • Lots of water.
  • Your child(ren) and stroller.
  • Snacks and something to keep your little one busy/occupied in the stroller.
  • A blanket, towel or yoga mat for on the ground abs/stretching.
