To a Happy & Healthy 2012!

Happy New Year!

As we begin the new year, many  of us make it our goal/new years resolution to get fit and begin a healthier year.  With great intentions, we also make our fitness goals unrealistic.   As you set your fitness goals for 2012, start small and build a strong foundation that you KNOW you can build on.  You are the only person who knows yourself, which makes it so important to be realistic so you can reach your fitness goal.  Once that rountine becomes normal and a part of your daily rountine, then increase the duration or intensitiy to the next level.

Fitness has an amazing way of making us feel better in every aspect of our lives.  We all know that our health is our biggest asset in life.  So whatever your fitness goals are for 2012, get moving and make it count!!!
