Sometimes getting back into your fitness routine is daunting when you have children.  Maybe you want to get back in the gym but don't want to put baby in childcare or maybe you look at a gym and feel like it is a place for those already in shape.  Well, look no further because I have the perfect fitness group for you :)

I absolutely love Alaska Fit Mommies because you get to satisfy your fitness desires with your kids by your side.  There are so many awsome reasons to join us at class and here are just a few:  you get to bond with your kids at your side, it reduces post partum depression, lowers stress levels, increases your energy, sheds baby pounds faster, you feel better about yourself, it gives you that PUSH and accountability you have been looking for, if baby cries...nobody seems to mind, you meet new moms, you are modeling healthy behavior for your kids and trust me they pick it up fast, and your kids get to meet new friends and sing songs!!!  You can go to the gym but I guarantee you this, you will not get the energy, movitation, support and friendship in the gym like you will get with joining mommies just like you who are getting back into shape or just continuing to be a fit mom!

This is a perfect class for those with kids that will still sit in the stroller.  There are many ways to entertain your kids while they sit in the stroller, just find something they like that is stroller friendly and mabe you have to use a little bribe for later.  It is only one hour and it is YOUR time to workout.  At class, we sing songs and incorporate the kids whenever possible and they love to watch us. 

No more excuses and "decide to be it." Make it your daily routine and incorporate fitness! Make that decision and know that you are going to exercise and be that MOM whom everyone admires because she takes the time to workout with her kids:)
